Order Processing Time:
- All orders will be processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Methods:
- We offer standard shipping by Ecom Express which takes about 3 to 6 days.
- We offer Express Shipping by Delhivery Air, Where product except battery is shipped by Air to reach in shortest possible time. (Within 72 Hours for 90% Shipment)
Shipping Duration:
- Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time varies based on your location. Please refer to the shipping carrier's tracking information for specific details.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges is Free for Order over Rs 499, Flat Rs 99 for Below Rs 499.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
Delays:
- While we strive to meet our 1-business-day dispatch commitment, unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes or carrier delays may occur. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
About Cancellation of Order After Despatch:
- Order Cannot be cancelled and No Refund will be provided once shipment is picked up by Logistics.
Failed Dispatch within 5 Working Days:
- If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 working days, you will be notified promptly via email. In such cases, we offer two options:
- Continue to wait for the order to be dispatched with an updated estimated dispatch date.
- Opt for a full refund, and the amount will be refunded to the source account.
Refund Process:
- If you choose the refund option due to a failed dispatch within 5 working days, the refund will be processed to the original source account used for the purchase.
Availability: The availability of a product is shown in every product details page, in front of "Availability". "In stock" means that the product is available for ordering, but there can be some cases when the order cannot be fullfilled due to various reasons.
Liability till Handover to Courier only Phoner.in uses 3rd party logistics for delivery of shipment, therefore, liability of phoner.in is limited till handover of customer shipment to logistics only. Phoner.in is not liable to any thing happens after handover to logistics. Phoner.in is not liable for non-delivery by logistics or any mishap by logistics.
Out-of-Stock Terms & Conditions
We at Phoner.in, try to give the maximum benefit to the customers. Weather that be product price, product quality or product availability. But sometimes things cannot be managed as planned due to the huge volume of transactions everyday in our business. We try our best to keep updating the products which are out of stock with our suppliers, but sometimes they can be out of stock as you order, which is somewhat impossible to manage.
Sometimes it can happen that the product you order is not anymore in stock with us. This can be because of various reasons. Like:
- The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
- All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
- The product is in stock, but it fails quality check before the order shipment.
Now, in such "Out-of-Stock" cancellation case, we generally have 2 options:
- We will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives. We will not charge you any extra shipping cost for the same.
- We will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will refund you the money.
