Process to claim warranty and conditions for claiming warranty.

  • Warranty coverage for all products is same except Mobile Battery. Mobile Battery comes with 6 Months of Warranty. Contact via email to claim its warranty.
  • If the product has warranty applicable, then the warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
  • To Claim Warranty, Customer needs to send back the product by any logistics to us on his own cost to given address - S.K Enterprises, Bc 94, Shop G1, Aparupa Appartment, Anurupapally, Krishnapur, Kestopur, Kolkata 700101. Phone no - 8961441669. As we don't have our own logistic company.
  • During transit in courier of shipment which is sent for warranty by customer, Any Damage / Missing / Lost to the product or shipment, customer is solely liable for this, company will not entertain any kind of warranty on this.
  • After receiving the product, if product qualifies our warranty condition, A new replacement product will be send by us. 
  • In case of non-qualified in warranty, customer must pay delivery charges to take back his product within 14 days, failing which, product will be destroyed after 14 days, and company shall not be liable for the product after given period.
  • All communication will be made only through email and media can be send through FB Messenger only. No other communication shall be valid other than email.
  • Please do not accept the shipment if they are physically damaged or have been opened before delivery.
  • All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
  • If ANY warranty seal is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.
  • The purchased product might contain more than 1 warranty seal. In this case each and every warranty seal must be intact, should not be broken or tampered with. If any of the seal is found broken or tampered with, then the product will no longer have any warranty.
  • Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your requirements and your handset. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your requirements or your mobile phone.
  • In-Screen Fingerprint sensor, proximity sensor or any other in-built sensors does not works on the compatible combo display folders.
  • Battery capacity (mAh) varies from supplier to supplier and will be different than the one which comes with the handset.
  • Mobile Spare Parts such as Flex, Connectors, buttons etc, do not come with any warranty.
  • Flex, PCB and modules does not comes with the components installed.
  • Full Housings or body does not include middle and side keys.
  • Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us for warranty repairs. Please allow up to "7" business days for our technician team to check out your returned items.
  • Product sent to us for any replacement, repair or any other purpose should be collected back within 14 days of arrival. After that we will be forced to destroy the product and consider the case closed. We levy no storage charges.
  • The images shown in product details can be different from the actual product.

Please make sure you meet the following requirements before sending the goods back for replacement:

  • The protective film and warranty seals on LCD & touchscreen should be intact, before taking off protective film & seals please check if the LCD or touchscreen is working.
  • The protective film or warranty seal should not have any reposition traces.
  • The part should not be physically damaged.
  • No any modifications or adjustments to the device or misuse of the item.
  • The warranty doesn't cover careless usage of the item (ingress of alien objects and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misuse of voltage and other external factors).
  • Before sending items for warranty service, please contact our info@phoner.in to find out all the details concerning your issue. We will guide for proper replacement procedure.

Replacements:

Replacement or exchange of the product is valid only in the following conditions:
1. If you have received a wrong or other product, which you have not ordered. You are eligible for replacement.

2.If you have received the right product, but the product is damaged or malfunctions, then you have to inform us, and you will get a replacement within 15 business days from the date of receipt of product from the buyer.

3. As we don't have our own logistics network, Buyer has to send products by any Courier (By Air Recommended) on his own cost to us at provided address sent to them by communication through email. In this transit, We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the carrier. Buyer must ensure the secure packaging of product.

4. Once receipt of product from buyer, Product will be tested at our centre, and we will re-ship a new replacement free of any charge Or, if product found to be working properly then, buyer must have to pay the amount for re-shipping the product.

In all the above situations, Phoner has the right to get some proof like Pictures and Videos of Phone with our without Back Panel for confirming Phone Model, Picture of Old Parts , Pictures of Received Parts, etc as required for initiating Replacement. Failing to prove will stop replacement procedure.

  • Products purchased from Phoner.in are eligible for free replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligible products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition seals, Sticker, Plastic Gaurd on Screen.
  • Incase of Wrong order placed, Neither return nor replacement is entertained.

Valid Reasons for Free Replacement:

  • Defective or damaged product upon arrival.
  • Product not functioning as described.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Missing parts or accessories.

Return and Replacement Procedure:

  • Contact our customer support team to initiate the replacement process within 3 days of delivery.
  • We offer Free of Cost 1st Time Replacement.
  • Our customer support team will provide a replacement authorization and guide you through the process.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Refund Process:

  • Once the defective product is received and inspected at our warehouse and is out of stock for replacement, we will initiate the refund process with 3 business day after approval of return.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase or through UPI.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Limitation on Free Replacements:

  • Free replacement is provided for one time only per eligible product.
  • If the issue persists after the first replacement then it would considered as the fault lies with the customer's mobile device rather than the spare part supplied by Phoner.in, further replacements will be offered at charge of Rs 99 (Cost of Delivery) for each subsequent replacement.

6. Return Shipping:

  • As we don't have our own logistics network, Buyer has to send products by any Courier (By Air Recommended) on his own cost to us at provided address sent to them by communication through email. In this transit, We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the carrier. Buyer must ensure the secure packaging of product.
  • Please ensure that the product is securely packed for return shipment.

7. Inspection and Approval:

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the product meets the criteria, we will proceed with the replacement or process refund depending on case.
  • If the product does not meet the criteria, we will notify you and return the product to you at your expense.

8. Product Not Applicable for Replacement under this condition

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to accidental or intentional causes.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers or labels.
  • Seals, Lables, Plastic Screen Protector and components of Spare parts is removed.
  • Product is installed or used.
