1. Order Processing and Despatch:

Phoner.in is dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This Refund Policy focuses on specific circumstances where a refund may be applicable.

2. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Full Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
    • If Phoner.in fails to despatch the ordered mobile spare part within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
    • If a replacement request cannot be fulfilled due to the item being out of stock.

3. Entertainment of Returns:

  • Phoner.in do not entertain return requests. Only Replacement request accepted. We recommend to review your order before confirming the purchase.
  • However in circumstance of wrong delivery of product, Return is available.

4. Cancellation Before Despatch:

  • Refunds initiated for orders that are canceled before the despatch.

5. Despatched Orders:

  • Once an order has been despatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. Refund Process:

  • Proof of the issue, such as order confirmation and despatch delay, may be required.
  • Amount is refunded within 3 working days from receipt of product in our warehouse, provided product passes our warranty condition.

10. Advance Payment: Advance payment is refundable till order is not picked up by logistics partner. Once Shipment is Picked Up from Our Warehouse, Order cannot be cancelled and Advance will be forfeited.
